What You’ll Do:
Drive new customer growth across a large, untapped market
Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers
Develop sales strategies, proposals, and technical presentations
Interpret blueprints/specs to design solutions and generate quotes
Partner internally to ensure strong execution and customer success

What We’re Looking For:
Background in engineering, construction, or a technical field
Ability to read plans/blueprints
Strong communication skills with a hunter mentality
Hands-on, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
