At our March 11, 2020 luncheon, the Phoenix Branch presented several awards:
Government Civil Engineer of the Year: Thomas Loomis, PE. Thomas is a long-time employee of the Flood Control District of Maricopa County.

Small Project of the Year: Arizona Water Company (AWC) Pinal Valley Recharge and Recovery Facility. Key project team members included: Project Owner – AWC; Design Engineer – Carollo Engineers Inc. in association with Clear Creek Associates; Contractor – Hunter Contracting.
